At Floral Preservation by Sweet Magnolias, your experience means everything to us. We are honored to preserve your meaningful florals and take great pride in our work.If you ever have questions, concerns, or need support, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Open and honest communication helps us ensure you feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout the entire process.

Because each preservation piece is custom-made using your personal flowers, all sales are final.Once the preservation process begins, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available. Each piece is uniquely created and cannot be recreated, resold, or transferred.We are committed to delivering beautiful, high-quality work and will always strive to meet or exceed your expectations.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.If you need to cancel your order before sending your flowers, a 25% non-refundable retainer fee will be retained to cover preparation, scheduling, and administrative costs.
Once your flowers have been received, the preservation process begins immediately, and no refunds will be issued.If your flowers arrive in poor condition, bouquet recreation or color correction services may be offered for an additional fee.
If you choose to cancel your order, all flowers and items shipped will be forfeit

To reserve your place in our preservation schedule, a non-refundable 25% retainer of your total order is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is due once your design has been finalized and approved, prior to production and shipment. You will be notified when your design is ready for review and provided with payment instructions.
Accepted forms of payment will be communicated at the time of booking or at the time of invoicing.Please note:

• Work will not begin until the required retainer has been received.  
• Production and shipping will not proceed until full payment is completed.  
• Failure to submit final payment within the specified timeframe may result in order delays, storage fees, or cancellation without refund.  

If you experience financial hardship or need to discuss payment arrangements, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to communicate openly and work with you when possible.

Our preservation process is detailed and time-intensive to ensure the highest quality results.Most orders are completed within approximately six (6)- eight (8) months from the date your flowers are received. Timeframes may vary based on flower condition, order volume, and preservation requirements.While timelines are estimates, we remain committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and appreciate your patience.

We will stay in contact with you via email throughout the preservation process. Prior to shipment, your delivery address must be confirmed.Orders will not be shipped until address confirmation is received.Each piece is carefully packaged for safe delivery. Once your order has been shipped, Floral Preservation by Sweet Magnolias is not responsible for carrier-related delays, damage, or loss.All shipments are insured up to $1,000.If your order is lost or damaged, we will file an insurance claim and use the funds to recreate your piece or issue a refund up to the insured amount, at our discretion.If damage occurs, please provide clear photographs of:

• The exterior of the shipping box  
• The interior packaging  
• The damaged item  

This documentation allows us to assist you efficiently.

We are happy to accommodate reasonable changes to your order when possible, including:

• Bouquet recreation  
• Color correction  
• Additional or upgraded pieces  

All changes are subject to availability, pricing adjustments, and timeline considerations.Please contact us promptly to discuss any requested modifications.

Clients are responsible for properly packaging and shipping flowers to us.Please refer to our cancellation policy if:

• Flowers are not received  
• Flowers arrive in poor condition  
• Flowers are lost in transit  

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, damage, or losses prior to receiving your flowers.

If your flowers are not in ideal condition prior to casting, we offer bouquet recreation and color correction services when possible.We partner with trusted florists to source high-quality replacement flowers. Color correction helps restore natural discoloration and preserve the appearance of your original bouquet.Additional fees may apply.

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and branding materials, is the property of Floral Preservation by Sweet Magnolias or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.Any disputes arising from our services, website, or products shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Carolina.
